Land Registration etc. (Bill) 5

Further to my previous blogs on this topic, I have today submitted my written evidence to the Energy, Economy and Tourism Committee of the Scottish Parliament as part of their Stage 1 scrutiny of the Bill. In addition to the points covered in previous blogs, it also covers the question of access to the Registers – something I think should be free to the public.

The Committee is seeking written submissions on the principles of the Bill by 20 January 2012.
